not very durable

Developed a hole on the back the first time I wore them.

Good fit but lousy finish

The Merino liner gloves fit as intended but the finish quality left much to be desired, My pair arrived with loose stitches and some small holes located where the cuff met the palm of the glove.

Optional xtra comfort

The merino touch glove adds a touch of warmth to an already luxurious Markov pro3 glove. This thin merino liner should be purchased the same size as the outer glove you order. The effects of standing still taking photos will make your fingers/ hand cold. The touch liner allows tactile use of equipment and added warmth to your choice of glove, an instant upgrade as required.

Disappointing

I've been using a pair of the Markhof Pro V2 for a couple of years and love them. I recently bought a pair of these Merino liners to use with them for a 5 day trip to Iceland, where we saw temperatures occasionally drop to -16.

They initially worked well and provided good protection for fingers and thumbs that were constantly in and out of the Markhofs adjusting camera settings. Sadly though, by day 3 the touch parts had almost entirely peeled off and by day 4 one of the thumbs had split open all along the seam, which really defeated their purpose.

I think in future I'll look for seamless liners that possibly have some sort of integrated touch-compatible thread that can withstand the inevitable friction caused by moving digits in and out of the outer finger and thumb openings.
