It fits perfectly!

It was a good thing that I read the guidelines for sizing and fit. I am of Asian descent and I have small hands. Bought the XS and a perfect fit. I will test it out when I’m in Scotland in February next year.

Hi Karen,
We're glad to hear the Merino Liners are a great fit! Enjoy your gloves :)

Great gloves, great liners

With the photography gloves the index finger and thumb can get quite cold in windy conditions. The liner gloves greatly reduce this. They fit nicely and are not obstructive under the photography gloves.

Hi Hélène,
Thank you for your feedback!
Stay warm and happy winter shooting :)

Tested down to -6C (with the Milford Gloves. and without)

Well I can now give a honest opinions of these gloves after testing them with the Milford Gloves, On their own they do a great job however the reports that they don't work well with tough screen is also confirmed, they work intermittently and may have to do with the material rather than the performance of the gloves themselves, here is the caveat they are meant to supplement the other winter for photography and for that they do their work very well. I have so far not had any issues with the liners falling apart so I reserve judgement here. All I can say is when my wife said to me when I gave them to her to keep her hands war, - You better get me a pair and she is very fussy!! Would I recommend them, yes. Did I experience the problems other people experienced, no (so far) that is not to say that there are no problems just I have not experienced them so far..

Hi Neil,
The Liners are great as an extra layer, to keep your hands warm.
The performance of the Touch Screen capability works best when the size is snug and tight, if they're a little loose they won't work quite as well.
Thanks for your feedback! Happy winter shooting :)

Merino Liner

I didn’t give it 5 stars, because of the dye in the liner rubs off onto the index finger and thumb when wearing the liner. The liner never got wet. I think the action of using the thumb and index finger to manipulate the camera’s controls did it. As far as the quality of the material, comfort, and keeping my hand warm inside the mitten..great.

merino liner glove

Bought these to use with Tinden gloves for trip to Antarctica The liners fit perfectly in the gloves. and the combination kept my hands comfortably warm. I used only the liners on several daises the temperature were in the high thirties. Both liners and gloves are comfortable and very well made.
